Refund policy

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return if the product is defective.

Product Condition:

The product must be in its original condition with intact tags and packaging.

You need to inform us and we will create a return request, and a pickup will be attempted within 24-48 hours.

Refunds are processed within 1-2 working days after the return pickup is completed. For prepaid orders, the refund will be credited to your original payment method, while COD orders will be refunded to your wallet or bank account.

A product opening video is required to claim returns, likely to verify the product's condition.

- *Reverse Shipment Fee*: A fee of up to ₹100 per item may be deducted from your refund.

- *Non-Returnable Items*: Certain products like accessories, sunglasses, perfumes, and innerwear might not be eligible for returns.
